Much more than just an event
The Teton Valley Balloon Rally, Inc. (TVBR) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, committed to keeping the magic of ballooning alive in the years to come. The iconic annual event of the same name, now in it's 43rd year, features four scheduled mornings of mass ascension hot air balloon launches from the Teton County Fairgrounds in Driggs, ID over the July 4th holiday.
The TVBR provides programmatic opportunities for elementary school students, and a Balloon Federation of America (BFA) Junior Balloonists scholarship program for middle and high school students.
